Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the development process for new and existing software applications - Develop strategies to ensure that software projects are completed on time and within budget - Monitor and review software development progress and provide reports to senior management - Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and other stakeholders - Ensure the quality of software development projects - Provide technical guidance and support to development teams - Identify and resolve software development issues Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field - At least 3 years of experience in software development - Proven track record of successful software development projects - Strong knowledge of software development processes and best practices - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Skills: - Experience in managing and leading software development teams - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently - Ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
